Article 437 Planning, Preparation and Waging of an Aggressive War
(1) Planning, preparation or waging of an aggressive war or armed conflict, or conspiring for any such purposes shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of seven to twelve years.
(2) Conducting an aggressive war or aggressive military operations shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of ten to fifteen years.

Article 353 Planning, Preparation, Unleashing or Waging of Aggressive War
(1) Planning, preparation or unleashing of an aggressive war shall be punished by deprivation of freedom for a term of seven to fifteen years.
(2) Waging of aggressive war shall be punished by deprivation of freedom for
a term of ten to twenty years.
Belarusian Criminal Code
Article 122 Preparing or Conducting an Aggressive War
(1) Planning or preparing an aggressive war shall be punished by imprisonment
of five to fifteen years.
(2) Starting or conducting an aggressive war shall be punished by imprisonment
for a term of seven to twenty-five years or life imprisonment, or the death
penalty with confiscation of property or without such confiscation.
